Used Uniform Sales —

Help set up, organize, and display used uniforms during periodic sales. These typically take place on one of our GHMV campuses after school hours and are open to both upper school and lower school families.

Spirit Wear Sales —

Upper school: Spirit wear sales take place dring lunch on the last Thursday of each month. Help set up, organize and display spirit wear, process payments, and deliver spirit wear orders.

Lower school: PSO hosts in-person spirit wear sales at various school events. Please let us know if you are interested in helping set up, organize, display items, assist with processing payments, and packing away at the end of the event.

Luncheons —

PSO hosts teacher luncheons every month at upper school and every other month at lower school. Assist with luncheon planning, setting up, serving, and clean up.

Lunchroom Monitor (Lower School only) —

Lunchroom volunteers are needed every day! Help monitor students, open lunch packages, wipe down tables, etc so that our teachers can enjoy their lunch and get other quick jobs done if needed. Lunchroom volunteers are especially helpful on teacher luncheon days.

Fall Social Committee —

PSO is hosting its first ever Fall Social this year on Thursday, Sept 28. GHMV parents are invited to gather for a fun night of food, drinks, and dancing. To pull off this fun night, we need lots of parent volunteers to plan, set up, decorate, clean up, etc. Please consider signing up to be on the planning committee!

Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2024) —

TAW takes place in May. Please sign up to be a part of the planning committee to help us appreciate our amazing teachers. We will reach out in early spring to begin planning.

GHMV Spring Carnival —

Upper and Lower School: Our Spring Carnival is tentatively scheduled for April 12. If you are interested in helping us plan, whether a big or small piece, please sign up to be a part of our planning committee. This is a BIG event that requires a lot of help and advanced planning.

Birthday Coordinator —

PSO loves to celebrate teachers & staff on their birthdays, and we make our best effort to ensure no special day slips through the cracks. This volunteer job is great for an organized parent who is looking to volunteer from home. The role mostly involves posting reminders in the PSO Facebook groups.
